Lemon Garlic Greek Yogurt Sauce

By Christopher Walker

Many studies have proven that people who follow the Mediterranean diet live longer. Although we can’t promise to add years to your life, we can promise to reinvigorate your next meal after a grueling workout session.

Add this refreshing sauce to your protein or veggie meal to re-energize and refuel. Lemon is a great ingredient to consume after working out because it contains vitamin C. This vitamin helps to reduce inflammation, reduces the chances of injuries and increases collagen production in muscles.
